Review Summary
Easy CGI offers one of the most stable web hosting solutions that still comes in under $10. While they have a slightly lower limit on bandwidth and total storage space it's still far beyond what most normal websites could ever hope to push up per month to their customers. Easy CGI is also one of the only ASP.NET/AJAX hosts we think is really solid. With unlimited MySQL databases and great website building tools this may very well be the site you were looking for.
Cost/Value: Easy CGI definitely isn't your cheapest host, but they are still are still a great deal.
Storage/Bandwidth: Probably the lowest storage and bandwidth limit, but that stability makes it all worth it. If you want more you can always upgrade but that will push you outside the $10 range.
Features: A good set of features and also ASP and .NET support.
Reliability: Probably the most stable of all the hosts we've looked at. We are really tempted to raise these guys up but their costs are still a bit too high to move up in the rankings.
Support: Decent support. One of the techs wasn't as good as the others but all in all pretty good.
